Get a DJ booked around Europe

Hello everyone. I manage a DJ, based in Istanbul, Turkey. We want to have an Europe tour in Summer 2014. My DJ plays Electro house/Progressive house (and if really necessary, commercial dance tracks). He has been a professional DJ since 2010, but he has been playing in Turkey, in local shows. I want to hire someone who really can work on this project since it is very important for us. The volunteer freelances should use every way that they have to make my DJ booked, internet marketing/contacts and so forth, every thing! It is up to your ingeniousness.
