Dynamic route optimization for waste collection

Greetings I am looking for someone professional programmer in MATLAB software to help . My project idea about route optimization and I did static route optimization to find shortest path and distance to solve TSP . Now I am looking to find algorithm for real dynamic route optimization to find shortest path and distance and time to solve VRP with constraints : 1- use two trucks start both at same time and start from depot point and end at delivery point . 2- The trucks visits all stops and should not leave any stop or client point unvisited 3- The trucks visits each stop point once 4- The distance that the trucks covers while visiting each stop from the depot should be minimum I have 52 points include depot and delivery points .Also I already have coordinate for both latitude and longitude and also convert this coordinate into 52 * 52 matrix using google map (distance between each node ). My objective : To use genetic , ant colony and Tabu search algorithms and compare between them to find shortest path and distance and time to solve VRP as real time dynamic routing problem . Also do some statistic to show graph for all algorithms. Important parameter : 1- Fuel Cost of Trip 2- Time of whole Trip 3- Distance of trip
