Build an Excel database - Small and Simple

I am looking to build a simple MS Excel Database. Key purpose of this database is to house Sale data of properties and also calculate gain/loss on sale of properties. So how i envision this to be is as follows: 1. Main Tab - Graphic background with company name and Login information (Login ID and password required to access database and remaining tabs) 2. Once you access the next page has few buttons * New Sale * Historical Sales * Sale Analysis 3 If you press new sale button. It should go to a template which has data to record property sale. I can provide information for that template. Any information added there should also be added in a separate tab to run analysis on. One key component should be that database should assign a unique 5 digit id to each new sale. Historical sales button when pressed should bring same template and let you enter property address to bring up remaining data in template. 4 Sale Analysis Tab is taking the historical data and running some analysis and charts. Key indicators broken out by month. This can be a pivot table so it can be customized which would update the charts automatically. 5. One tab should be a pure data tab which holds all the data which is used to populate the sales analysis. Let me know if you have any questions.
