Tracking Product Quality

Please see attached check logs that need to be filled by our production line operators, this has to be classified per each order as first then per Batch logs. Since, each order consist from many batches. Hence, the operator of the line need to put his inspection logs accordingly. For example in attached excel sheet was prepared for one order labeled Almarai Blue and this order have the following batches till it is completed (020116A/020116B/030116A/030116B/040116A/040116B/050116A/050116B/060116A/060116B/070116A/070116B/090116A/090116B/100116A/100116B/110116A/110116B/120116A/120116B/130116A). On each single batch like the first one at the beginning (020116A) the quality person needs to put his remarks for the following parameters : Cap Height Lug Width Lug Height Panel Depth Compound Thickness Lug Diameter " Lug to Lug" Cap Diameter Which is talking about the product Dimensional that we are producing which is metal caps, note each cap/product has different sizes and to have full understanding about our products please refer to this link [login to view URL] each parameter from above have standard limits (from/ to) to mark the finished product as passed for the production criteria & standards. Now this form only being used by our Quality people for tracking the products on one of seven production lines we have. However, our production department also have 4 more forms than the quality team to consider in the program after we finished from developing solution firstly for the quality Department. That solution has to cover the ability to display these tracking parameters at the end of each order/batch/customer/product from the reporting view and to facilities a summary report for each enquiry with flowchart to help understating the details by the supervisors/managers by storing all these logs in Dbase instead of papers as of now.
