The app will be for both iOS and Android mobile devices and will need to have the following functions: 1) general video recording 2) drawing onto the video while recording (+ the ability to change pen colors, cf. There is an opportunity to earn between 980 and 7,850 USD for completing the app, depending on the progress and the quality of the product.
