Duplicate existing Android app - Change name and webpage url

A while ago i add a project on the website for making an "basic" android app. The android app is on the Google Play store for a year now. The andorid app is just an app that loads a mobile webpage into it. Now i have made another website, i i just want the same. An app that just loads the mobile page. I have the source code. I think it's simpily search and replace the (existing) name for the new name. And change the url that the app loads. And ofcourse add a new key to it so i can upload it to the google store. Maybe someone can do it in 5 min.?
