Write an Android application

A simple app to do the follow. 1. Allow a service provider to sign up 2. Allow a client to sign up 3. Service provder will enter the services they provide and their rate as well as which city they offer the service in and option to write prodile about themselves 4. Client will sign up to choose user name. 5. On load the app will display a list if providers directly around them 6. on load for service provider will show a list of all booking request where they can accept or reject.
