application development for mobile devices - quite small project

I need to develop an app for iphone, ipad and android devices. I want to developer to manage everything in the process (design and programming). The app shall show the 10 closest position from a database, when you select one of the 10 closest positions - a overview page of that location shall come up, giving you a couple of choices - where you can select again and when on the next page, you get to see a timetable. The application shall have a paid version and a lite version, with advertising. Application shall be easy to use, consist of two languages. Development and testing can be done in English, but when time for publishing arrives - I would need the language file, and I will translate a copy of it to english - so we can integrate the 2th language into the application. The database queries shall be run against a php/xml script on a webserver, ideally I want this developed as a part of the application - but feel free to price this by itself - So I might be able to do this part my self. Please quote estimate time to project completion also.
