iPhone/iPad App Development -Conference Program

I require a iPhone/iPad app to be developed for a conference program, similar to the Photoshop World Conference app, which can be viewed at [login to view URL] Needs to be for iPhone and iPad. I have a full menu breakdown available that specifies the menus, navigation and sub levels. The app has content ready to go and I require a web based CMS to be able to enter the content. Web hosting space ready to go. The catch is that it needs to be built within 7 days and submitted to iTunes before August 1. Bonus payment if completed and submitted before due date.
