Add a Video Player for IOS, Android, Desktop (Mac & PC) to our existing app using AWS

FIRST - WE ARE LOOKING FOR A CONTRACTOR FROM EASTER EUROPE, NOT FROM INDIA, PAKISTAN, BANGLADESH. FIRST LET ME BE UPFRONT, WE ALREADY HAVE A DEVELOPER Our developer is currently sick so we have a couple of options, we can wait until he gets better in about 1 week to 10 days or if we find a good contractor that can work with our budget we can continue the project asap. If your prices are too high then we will just wait. ABOUT THE APP We already have an app launched for IOS and Android. We also already added a secure video player on android with all logistic and security features implemented already working perfectly. We don't have a desktop version as yet for PC or Mac and we don't have an IOS as yet. So we need, Desktop ( PC & Mac) + IOS . You will need to integrate into our existing admin dashboard. You must setup the payment integration just like android with security so that people cannot steal our content using live screen cast programs or screenshot etc. The payment integration is already set up on android and is using a sandbox for testing right now. APP FUNCTIONALITY YOUR JOB - We would like for you to replicate the same functionality that is currently working on android to IOS. The logistics are already done. You are basically copying/duplicating what is already completed on android so please don't tell me this is a huge difficult task. We have already done the hard part. YOU MUST UNDERSTAND SECURITY TO PROTECT VIDEO CONTENT So you are adding a secure video on demand , that our customer can play videos on our app securely OFFLINE IS A MUST and also play online on their device while the video is downloading and most important without customer stealing our video content. USER EXPERIENCE So our customer will download our existing app. Select a video that they want to purchase, purchase the video, download the video to their device and watch the video. ALL OF THIS IS ALREADY COMPLETED ON ANDROID. On our android app we currently have the the ability to restriction users as needed or to cancel their account if needed from admin panel. Our current app is on AWS SO YOU MUST HAVE AWS EXPERIENCE. OUR BUDGET TO FINISH PROJECT Our budget is $1500. 30% paid to start the job and then 70% paid when the job is completed.
