Android app for an e-wallet system with self-budgeting feature -- 3

I am looking for an android app where users can register, can attach their credit card/paypal/bank account on app, can transfer money from creditCard/paypal to their account on our app and can keep that money on our app as long as they want, and they should be able to withdraw that money back to paypal or their bank account. App should be able to keep all transaction history as well.
