ANDROID QUESTION ANSWER APP

I want to develop an android app. Its is general knowledge Questions and Answers App. Functionality required in App Following are functionality required in App in various pages/Screens. Mysql Functionality 1) able to Show Question Categories like Science, History from Online mysql table 2.) able to Show questions in category divided into levels (customised/hardocoded number) 3.) Allow to submit feedback, signup form for lucky draw, Report a question as email or online mysql database update 4.) Show Jobs from online mysql table filtered/sortable by 1 column from 4-5 sort enable column like 4 columns are sort enable Place, Salary, Qualification, Last Date so user can choose any 1 column to sort jobs from place, last date etc QUESTION ANSWER FUNCTIONALITY 1) Show question from online mysql server and tell user if correct/wrong when submit 2) At the end of level/After Answering number of questions when clicking finish, a review page need to be displayed with correct answers of wrong answered question with stats like %correct , %wrong just simple OTHER FUNCTIONALITY 1) A clickable Banner need to show every 10 minutes over app, banner need to fetched from url like this [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] etc and clickable url like [login to view URL] 2.) Show a static page like company information when touched info icon 3) Show a Webpage like [login to view URL] 4) Setting (Optional) allow to choose text size small/medium/large 5) Share App icon will allow to share google play link by posting in facebook, or copy as text, via whatsapp 6) Admob need to be integrate 7) I will require full source code App concept , structure and rough sketch When app is opened. It shows a questions categories (be reading a online mysql database table, when touched a category like history a page will show levels like 5 levels, 10 levels depending on number of questions in online database, user will have to start with level 0 and next level will be possible only after giving right answer 80%. question which are attempted will be cached in apps local cache and will be used when no internet available. There will be common question answer features like show % of answers attempted correct after finishing etc Other normal feature like share app google play link via whatsapp, share with facebook friend, share via facebook post, submit feedback (as email or online database) will need to be on different page of app, Full feature and detail will be given when you agree. And please also let me know how will you help/support my app if it has a critical bug like not working or crashing on a popular mobile model etc. And your charges if in future app require modification. What will be provided to programmers To cut cost and to put less burden on programmers shoulder, he/she will be given a simple user interface to work with and all logic like connect which database read which table etc. which page will be shown when clicked this icon etc although if create better interface it will be great and will be appriciated by tip, if accept. App Icon and Icons to use in App and other artwork will be provided if required. I already have webspace with mysql and php support, if you need extra functionality for app let me know.
