Build me an Application

I am an entrepreneur working on establishing a business that will be centered around a mobile app. My preference is to have a platform that runs on both Android and IOS. I intend to take a phased approach in developing this: (Phase 1: Android, Phase 2: IOS). The app is intended for the purpose of connecting clients to to businesses (B 2 C Model) Features and Functionality: 1. I require an application that has Geo fencing capabilities - this will allow a business to broadcast itself to near by customers. 2. End user sign up and registration 3. End user login & forgot password functionality 4. First time login view of all registered businesses by the end user. 5. View of registered businesses in categories (i.e agriculture, machinery etc) - preferrebly in the form of a side menu or drop down menu 6. end user capability of subscribing to categories 7. Customization of user's feed to subscriptions 8. Search functionality 9. Payment module : integration to Kenya's M-PESA payment module and M-Visa by visa - (This is a must have functionality) 10. Reward system: - Reward point for purchases generated through the platform. 11. Purchase and sharing of gift vouchers Vendor End Functionalities: 1. Vendor Signup and registration 2. Vendor Login 3. Vendor outlet registration – (each outlet should have its own administrator with unique username and password. However there should be a super user that has rights to all the outlet accounts.) 4. Ability to post content - both still and motion images. (desirable user experience / Screen layout should be similar to instagram.) 5. Dash board that exposes number of views to each post - consider insights from google analytics .
