Build a dining app for by using Xamarin C#

We are looking for a dining app which allowed the users to search for restaurants and eateries with keywords, cuisine, areas, districts, landmarks, dishes, restaurant type and prices. Authentication/Authorization module: - User can register/login by using Google's Gmail/Facebook account. - Basic profile information should be obtain from above account such as name. Account Module: - User can edit personal information - Upload personal photo - Edit preference Restaurant Listing Module: - Display restaurant based on the filters that select by the user such as location, keywords, cuisine, areas, districts, landmarks, dishes, restaurant type and prices. Restaurant Details Module: - Show the details of the particular restaurant such as address, operating hours, phone number, photos, menu - User can upload photo and post reviews about this restaurant - User can update the menu for this restaurant(approval required) - User can update the restaurant information(approval required) - User can rate the restaurant(approval required) - User can bookmark the restaurant - User can claim free voucher Notification: - User will receive notification based on their preferences(eg if any nearby restaurant is having promotion) Admin Module: - Add, edit or delete restaurant - Admin can flag certain restaurant as "premium" and have display priority in Restaurant Listing Module. - Admin can assign voucher(with discount rate or amount) to particular restaurant(user can get this voucher from the restaurant details module). - Approve reviews - User account management & access level control Implementation: - Xamarin in C# & Mysql preferred - Build a web services by using ASP.NET WEB API - App must be lightweight and fast respond time is a must. - Performance improvement such as cache, compress & resize images, reuse data templates and etc. - Multi-Language Localization supported - The app must meet the publish standard of Google Play Store and Apple App Store
