Create a software for Windows, then an app por ipad, etc.

Hi, im interested in made an app/software for Windows very similar to TacticalPad ([login to view URL]). Is a Coach pad or table where you can put your players, save tactics or make animations. Tactical Pad was made in Unity, you can make it in any language, framework, engine, etc. The idea is make this app for Windows first with some little changes and a new design. The most important change is in the design, we want almost everything (options) in one page. After the first version for windows we want to make an app for Macos, Ios and Android. Do you got a designer for this app?
