I need a cross-platform app (android & ios) coding. I would like it built, tested and deployed using PhoneGap, you would work remotely with a UI designer. You must be able to implement a clean sleek precise looking design and must advise on what elements will be required. The nature of the app is to buy and sell using its own currency, with other features too such as chat, favourites, etc. Must be secure and the code must be seamless. I am looking for a freelancer individual, NOT a company. Please message with a short proposal on how you would do this, how you would handle the data and make sure it is secure. You would be expected to sign an NDA. No time wasters and people who are not going to be reliable and contactable, I don't want to be chasing the chosen person to get updates etc, so a proactive person is a must, looking to build a long-term relationship with someone who I can pass all future projects to. The project itself will be very clear, you will be given instructions through wireframes and documentation of how I want the app, I will be asking for advice where I need to. The budget is £400 which I think is more than reasonable considering there is no design involved and you will be given full instructions on how I want the app. You must be highly knowledgeable in using PhoneGap and all associated with creating a user-friendly cms system that a client can use to update the app, send push notifications etc. You must be contactable via [Removed by Freelancer.com Admin for offsiting - please see Section 13 of our Terms and Conditions]l and must respond in a timely manner.
