I am seeking a freelancer or agency to develop the following application. Scope of Work: Develop a data collection tool to run on Windows Mobile Platform. (Trimble Juno T41 with Windows Embedded Handheld) The use of an existing framework is sufficient, provided the below functionality can be accomplished. A list of locations will need to be imported into the tool. For each location, the following NEW data needs to be collected. (Photo) Pre-Exchange Photo (Photo) Existing Final Read (Photo) Post-Exchange Photo (Photo) Box Area (Alphanumeric) Outgoing Meter Number (Numeric) Outgoing Meter Reading (Alphanumeric) New Meter Serial Number (Alphanumeric) New Endpoint Number (Numeric) New Meter Reading (Alphanumeric) Box Manufacturer (Yes/No) Side Cut-Off Installed? (Radio Button) Yoke or Setter (Drop Down) Meter Box Location The application will need to manage the data storage such that all photos and attachments are named by (LOCATION)-(TYPE).jpeg. Use of the device's camera to take the photo is required. There should be a mechanism for downloading all data into a CSV, and exporting all file attachments/photos.
