Helpings - Post, Deliver and Get Paid

I am thinking for an app which works like olx+uber. Scenario 1: 1. Let's assume a person B needs an item 2. He will drop a msg in app for his requirement 3. Anyone can pick the item on d way, let's call him person C and delivers to B. Scenario 2: 1. Person B want to deliver something to person A but due some reason he can't. So any person C can pick the request of deliver and give it to A. Scenario 3: 1. Person B wants to get work done but doesn't have anyone who can help. So he can post directly to get the work done by anyone. Who is free and willing can get work done. Scenario 4: 1. Let's assume B has X variety pets so he can search X variety shop or home to accommodate them in case B goes out of station Scenario 5: 1. Let's assume B goes out of station he has car, he doesn't have proper parking, so B can negotiate with anyone C to park Scenario 6 B want to get dropped at A daily. A commuter C goes via same route. So he can tie up with B for destination C. In the above scenario B=source A=destination C=carrier In all conditions we will have 4 approvals(B, A, C and company) to final payment. How to company profit: 1. Advertising on app 2. 12% of the amount for delivery 3. The delivery will be based on kms and package size & weight Who benefit from app 1. Daily commuters 2. Sick people at homes or needy ones 3. Everyone need will be fulfilled by everyone How to secure 1. Proper documents validations 2. Star rating 3. Feedback of all 3 B,C and A
