HTC One M7 Data Doesn't Work Although Texting/Calling does.

Here's the phone I bought: [login to view URL] It was originally with Verizon, I tried switching to MetroPCS, got a brand new SIM for it and the data doesn't work which is most important to me. Only the calling/texting works.
