We are a uniform and safety products business based in Sydney, Australia. We require an app (for iPhone, iPad etc) which can display data from a database. The database is on a remote server. On open, the app should run an SQL statement which fetches the data, then displays the results on the device screen. There should be an UPDATE button, which re-runs the SQL to refresh the results. We can provide the required SQL statement. We need someone who understands the network configuration requirements and is able to create the required app.

hello sir. how are you? i have good experience in developing remote control mobile app. to manage or fetch data from database, we have to make rest api. so through rest api, we can fetch database data on mobile. thus on mobile, send request to the rest api. and in rest api, analyze request and access database and fetch data and send as responsive data to mobile. then in mobile, analyze response data and show result. as like above way, we can implement we can develop mobile app. i hope working your project. please contact with me. thanks.

Hi there, It is not possible to run sql queries on a remote database directly from within the app. To do that we will have to create an api that will do the requires task. We can create rest api using php to achieve this.
