Looking for an App developer to partner for a startup Idea

It's a zero budget project so read only if you are interested to be the founder of next generation mobile applications I am a UX/UI Designer who is trying to make my design (and future designs) a working design. The person who is hired should have the following: - Willing to work within budget - Committed to 100% satisfaction The hiree(s) for this project have a high chance of been used for future projects if work is highly satisfactory. The basic function of the app operates like a Video sharing platform like Tik-Tok, Vine, and some features from Instagram. I am looking to get a working prototype of the app and may pay more to resolve issues that arise thru testing when released to beta users. If you are willing to work for cheaper than budget and be a partner with me you will receive a cut of the apps profits. **THE APP WILL BE NATIVE AND NOT HYBRID**
