I need an iPhone/iPad app. I already have a design for it, I just need it to be built. I have got a uni assignment to make a tic tac toe game for iOS(instructions on the attached document). In this assignment, we want to build an iOS Tic Tac Toe 4x4 board Game that can be played by two players, or one player (against the phone). This assignment should have a project report as well, about how it is played and how it is made ( full description in the attached document) and the source code should be well documented as well. Please let me know if i can get the perfect tic tac toe game app as mentioned in the attached file and for what price. I want it in next 5 days. Thanks.
