Push notification with Angular(2+) and Firebase

I need the code for an app written in Angular(2+) that uses firebase as the database. I have the design and will share with developer. The app will have the following features: 1. Login/SignUp with email, google that uses firebase authentication. 2. 2 pages, one with a list that shows 3 things per item, one with a detail page - this will be specific to each user. (Think of this as order list and order detail pages) 3. Most importantly, the app will have push notification feature. The timing of push notification will be based on an algorithm I will provide. (It will depend on a particular user action) This feature should be testable at the time of delivery. I should be able to test it using xCode, and on android simulator. 4. Banner ad that works for both iOS and Android. I will be publishing the app to both Android and Apple under my account, but will need assistance if there are review comments that need to be fixed.
