Update existing Flash AS3 air project to use APK expansion files

I am having flash based app using action script 3 that has a main page that calls many flash files in different directories When I tried to publish my apk to google play, its size was more than 100 MB (about 200 MB) I found people talking about apk expansion files so that I need someone to do the needed changes in the app to work with expansions files, also I want to get ios version from my app and I don't know if there will be restriction on its size on app store or not I just need to have someone to do this micro project for me
