Updates to existing Android app

We are ready to start the next round of development for our Android app. The latest version of our app can be found in the Google Play store ([login to view URL]). The following list outlines the updates/enhancements for the project. All the items listed below have already been incorporated into the iPhone version of our app. You can use the iPhone version of the app to see the requirements already in action. NEW DEVELOPMENT 1. Login - Update to login end point. 2. Photos 2a. Update new public flag for uploads 2b. Add two additional parameters to photo upload 2c. Ability to add filters to photos, the user will have 5 filters to choose from 3. Picture Sets 3a. Ability for a user to create picture set via the app. User will have the ability to either take photos to add to a picture set or select from existing phone gallery. After selecting photos for the list the user will have the ability to create a title, description and cost. 4. In- app verification 4a. Allow for a user to verify their account via the app. A web view has already been created. You will only need to create a button to send user to the web view. Note: we have included a document from our developer that outlines exactly what needs to be done above as it relates to interacting with the site. PERFORMANCE ENHANCEMENTS The video functionality is verify unstable in new phones. We will want the selected developer to test existing video functionality and make appropriate updates to increase reliability of the video functionality. EXPECTATIONS - We expect the developer to fully test the app in the latest versions of the Android OS and Android phones - Developers under consideration will have had previous experience in working with the video and photo taking tools within the Android OS. We will not select a freelancer that has never done this sort of work before. - We are looking for a long term relationship to continue making updates to the app in the future. - We are setting an hourly rate, but in your bid expect to see total hour estimate for the project.
