We require an application that can do the following: - Act as a client and transmit data to an external server; - Capture live voice feeds via the microphone of the phone on which the app is installed - Make AMR files of 10 seconds. In case duration is more than 10 seconds, make multiple batches of 10 seconds each - Transmit each 10 sec file to server as soon as it is saved - Make the files accessible via a server after transmission - Compile all files on the server - Playing and editing capability on the server - Option on the handset to keep the application either as an exe or as a service
