Write a python code for Instagram API

Write a python/Flask to call instagram API to get interesting things happening on their profile. For Example Lets say someone started using a service. We need to always have 10 interesting things that we can show to user. Interesting thing means. : If the person who has commented on your post has got many number of followers. then that is interesting things. Need to always show top 10 interesting things.. Code should be able to get read latest comments and posts and based on that should be able to show the 10 interesting comments and user who comments on. If you know pythong, flask, intagram API. It should not take more than 2 hours to do it. Thankx Atul
