I have already created a Folder monitoring app in C# using FileSystemWatcher class. 1- Executable will run as a scheduled task and monitor a folder in real time , as soon as the rtf file is detected, it will scrap the data from rtf and compare with db (Database structure needs to be discussed) 2-if match is found, an opensource pdf library will be used to convert file to pdf. 3-In case of no match, file will be moved to "Failed" folder. 4- Seetings screen will be provided. Looking forward to get rtf file so that i could check the pdf quality after conversion.
