Hi, I have more than 10 years of coding in Java. I have build complex distributed systems, low latent, higl concurrent systems. I am willing to do this in half money since this will be my first project here, in return I will need good review from you

1) Is it a streaming feed or historic feed 2) How many feeds are to be downloaded 3) Is it a daily feed, monthly feed ? what is the feed frequency? You want a cron job to run in background to get the data? 4) Or do you need streaming feed when market is open and historic feed when market is closed? 5) To access IQfeed, one needs license, do you have the license that we can use while developing and testing? 6) Do you already have the setup ( mysql and java application) and will you be giving access to us to use it during our development.
