I would like to hire a Xojo Developer

We are a 23 year old software company looking for a Xojo expert to maintain our legacy application as it is STILL in demand after 20 years! We specialize in nutrition software. You can check us out at dietmastersoftware.com. We know there are many qualified developers out there. The one thing we don't like is developers who "buy" our business with a low "intro" rate then gradually increase hours or rates over time. Our projects DO NOT require a project manager, so please don't try to include this in your pricing. We also WILL NOT commit to a fixed number of hours per month. We are very seasonal as well.... BUT if you are a great developer, we will stick with you for many many years. We have three developers that have been contractors with us for over 20 years.
