Telerik Reporting developer - c#

We are looking for this weekend a very good Telerik Reporting developer who knows MS SQL coding and c# very well. We have a problem that the TextBoxes arent showing all data. The height of the table cell in which thetextbox is showing isnt growing with the data coming from the database and bind to textboxes. A developer tried the following codes, but at first it looked to be working, but the problem is that words are cuttted. For example we have now in one table cell the following text.
