Hello Estimate, In first place I´ll need to perform some troubleshooting steps to isolate the issue, but if you have only changed the CE router and also know the IP addresses being used, this can be fixed at a once. As I have been working with ISPs for several years, I´m confident this could be just like another ticket for me to solve. However, in the worse scenario where I could not find the solution for myself, I could have access to knowledge bases and key technical people (CCIE) that could give me a hand to successfully complete this assignment.
