ECommerce, Friendship and Community Android App Development

I need an Android app which will arrange get togethers and let people connected to each other based upon their interests where unknown people could invite their neighbors and frinds to join their circle to arrange get together or kitty parties. This app should be like eCommerce, Friendship Community. Where all the users should be able to post their products to sell and products should be visible to each user of the app. There should discount or offers section in the app which should be redirected to its category. There should be two apps Customer Panel Seller Panel Backend should be in google firebase. Source code will be our property. App will act as admin and there should be an option to add members for different kind of kitty parties according to item, price, interest of members etc. For joining any kitty party, there should a be an EMI, which will be mandatory for the member to pay for becoming eligible for that lucky draw. If any winner and selected then he/she don't have to pay for that first price again and he/she should be out of that lucky draw but will stay in the group. Winner will get only item as prize not as cash. On the date of lucky draw, their admin will spin a ball and one number will be winner, two numbers will be runner ups. Winner and and runner ups will get price decided by the admin at the time of joining the group. People should be able to see profiles based upon their preferences its similar to match making on matrimonial apps or websites. Our app will allow people to invite each other for friendship by sending invitation request, other party should have three options Accept, Decline and Block, Provide More Information. Once either parties accept the request, they should be able to see each other's account details. They should be able to chat, give debt to each other by our payment gateway, they should be able to arrange Kitty party, where they will make members by charging some amount by making online payment using our payment gateway in their group and name the group and fix a date for lucky draw. On the date of lucky draw, their admin will spin a ball and one number will be winner, two numbers will be runner ups. Winner and and runner ups will get price decided by the admin at the time of joining the group. Admin should have the facility to push any events or functions or parties for its members where they can make the payment and join the party. User should have the feature to shake there mobile and app should show them nearby open bluetooth or other social media accounts of other users who are online on whatsapp or facebook. Whatsapp should be configured on the app as chat module. There should be an option to make video calls or audio calls. Users should be able to see each others location on google map, there should be google map Api integrated. There should be OTP and email authentication feature. One mobile number and email i.d can be registered only once.
