Convert a SMT PCB design into a manually solderable one

conversion to be done looks to be simple based on your description but it depends hardly on components used. As I understand, you would like to change the component set from SMD to trough hole mounted ones to make it easier the manual/hand soldering. I can solder the components without problems, even SMD ones. If you can share the schematics and BOM, I can check it more detailed. Thanks

conversion Hi, I have 8 years experience as PCB designer. Converting SMT to THT module is easy task, and from your description, looks like we can finish it within a days. Then about soldering, I could do manual soldering even with 0402 size SMT footprint. I have a team for it. hello, I'm professional PCB designer with more than 15 years experience, I have already worked on PCBs with SMD or TH components. I have two questions: how many layers have your PCB and there is some restriction or constraints to be respected (like RF signals)?

Conversion of the PCB design is doable for me. It can be done using Altium Designer, Eagle or KiCad software. With regards to prototyping, there is a nearby facility in my place where PCB can be fabricated in small quantities. PCB assembly can also be done there but I prefer to do the assembly by myself.
