Hi There, I am Shahbaz Ali an experience electronics engineer having 15 years of R&D experience. I am running a company for developing customized electronics like yours. We will design, develop and ship fully working prototype to test the hardware. We recommend to use AVR chip with a camera, an Ethernet interface and a SD card to save the captured image.
