4"x6" football theme picture template

Hi there, I need a design for a photo booth template following this brief: About the photo booth: -Guest go into the photo booth in groups of up to 10 at a time and having a sequence of 3 pictures taken -The pictures are then being printed on a standard 4"X6" photo card in hi quality printers and given to the guests to take home. The template: -The layout of the 3 pictures is set in advance and in this case it will be the same size and shape of the pictures in enclosed Layout file. -The theme of the party is world cup final and the date is 11/7/10 and it should include flags of the countries which made it to the world cup quarter final and other world cup related graphics. _The template should include my logo (enclosed) -The final file should be handed over on .PSD format This is a small project that should cost less than $30, but it will (hopefully) have many returns.
