We require the attached VB.NET class to be converted to PHP. The challenge here is that the VB.NET class uses some inbuilt .NET framework classes and functions that are not available in base PHP. You can choose whether to implement these functions in PHP or use existing third party PHP scripts to integrate into your solution. If you require any scripts to be purchased, we will purchase them for you provided you can advise us which scripts you need. The output of the Encript function is to return an 18 character string, and write another string to a file. An example of the 18 character string is: "634-486-858-399-218-750". An example of the file output is also attached.
