Adobe Business Catalyst Customisation (with Adobe Muse)

I have developed a website design for my own wedding using Adobe Muse, and would like to use Adobe Business Catalyst to help manage the invitations and RSVPs. Users will be set up as customers in Business Catalyst and Web Apps will be used to collect Guest Details including their dietary requirements, if they will join our Hong Kong party, if they will join our Iceland Wedding, their children details, their hotel details and flight details. 3 web apps: Guests Hotels Flight Details I have three types of invitations: 1. Invitation for a couple or two people 2. Invitation for a single person who can bring a guest 3. Invitation for a single person who cannot bring a guest A smart form needs to read what type of customer this is from business catalyst (out of the options above) and then display the relevant fields to collect the data. If it's a couple or two people they can see their names and NOT able to edit. They can then tick if they are coming to HK and Iceland Party and add their dietary requirements. If it's single person can bring a guest, they cannot edit their own name but they have the ability to +guest, which when clicked will show them the fields to enter a guest name and click if they are attending iceland, Hong Kong and dietary requirements. If it's single only it will display their name and can't edit and no ability to +guest. Guests should be added or deleted into the Guest WebApp. In Business Catalyst i have also sent up a function on the customer: If they are allowed to bring children If this function is selected on the customer in BC then a +child guest prompt should show. Allow the guest to add child name and whether they are joining HK and Iceland and their dietary requirements. Customers with this option can have the ability to add max 2 children. The form will add or delete the the guest in the guest web app. What needs to be done? I would like your help to create this functionality in Business Catalyst using the default BC form design. Then once everything is working we can apply my design CSS to the forms. I will do all the design work myself in Muse and will not need your help on this. I will import your HTML and Java you create into my Muse pages once you are finished to publish the site.
