Build a program similar to iFunBox & iExplorer

I need a program similar to iFunBox/iExplorer made. It will be for both Windows & Mac and needs to be able to explore the root of an iDevice. I need all of the functions that iFunBox & iExplorer have plus the following: -Admin Back-end (for managing the software. More details follow) -Individual Cloud Storage for each user (by email address) -Loader/Injector Feature. (I specify where the files go from the admin back-end & in one-click the old files are backed up to the users PC/Cloud Storage and the new files are written to the specified location) -Built-in File Editors (.pList, .txt, etc.) with decryption tools for some encryption types. -Built-in account feature linked to website. Those are the basics. I do not yet have the website made for it, however, I will need the user account database parts done for me as they are part of this project. If you are qualified to do this & can deliver without any issues, please message me ASAP. Please DO NOT inquire if you aren't capable of delivering.
