The requirements seem pretty clear - I'll give you my general approach. 1) Create the Admin Panel (.php) page 2) Access database, depending on what's there possibly create a table specifically for this page 3) The table will contain what is shown / requested in the .png file you have provided 4) Using sql calls / requests we will be able to display the information with the functions requested 5) We can make it look cool at this point - possibly follow a color scheme from other pages.
