147974 Affiliate setup

I need to add a paypal affiliate program to my site. If a customer clicks a link on an affiliate site and then purchases the product and want to keep track of that purchase and credit my affiliate. If you could do this with a paypal as the affiliate payment method would be fine. If you could have other methods of payment set up like commission junction does that would also be great.
