48750 RealEstate sritpt modification

I need a good programmer (php/mysql) best with knowledge of OpenRealty v2.0.x Real estate software (free under GNU) to modify the script to be multilingual (Spanish/English/German). The original developer already started on this feature but didn't finish it jet so bits of code are already implemented. The person how bids on this project should take a look at the original script to see the amount of work and what has been done alerady by the OR-Developer-Team. OR v2.0.5 is a greate peace of work and i would like to use it because of its functionality.
