Modified Hot or Not site

We are looking for a modified hot or not style site. It would allow users to upload images and have other people vote on them – please see attached document for specifications. Please note the following: 1. I am happy for people to use existing scripts and modify – I don’t care how you put it together as long as it works 2. I want a professional design but nothing more – the key will be simplicity – I don’t need anything fancy. 3. I am prepared to work with people with/without feedback – however if you are going to bid you need to show me a sample of something vaguely related (does not necessarily need to be hot-or-not – just something showing your ability to program. 4. I will only accepts bids that: a. Include a relevant sample b. Include a personal message that includes the last word on the specifications sheet. 5. I value communication – a. If you are not prepared to communicate every working day please do not bid. Site would be for rating of members photographic images: I'm happy for you to quote based on: 1. PHP/MYSQL 2. ASPX/SQL But please include which one you are bidding based on in the PM.
