Simple Web User Control 2

Background I am in the process of converting a classic asp application to asp .net C# application. For an overview of what's required please view the following screen cast: [login to view URL] Work required: I need a simple web user controls created like the one attached. This web user control will contain 10-15 web form controls (textboxes, dropdownlists, radio buttons, checkbox) with labels: Validation: There will be some required fields. Format: You will need to put them in the same format as the attached web user control, and add all getters, setters, and methods in the same format as the attached web user control. Database: You will not need to add any database interaction - I will provide the methods from a data access layer (similar to the update method in the attached web user control). Please provide your best bid and state your experience; I would like to get started on this as soon as possible. If you have any questions please let me know. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project. ## Platform Windows 7 Visual Studio 2008 C# Web Project format
