I require the development of a advertising desktop tool that plugs into the following instant messaging networks Skype msn yahoo gtalk The idea is to develop a tool that can be used to send messages to im users who have allowed others to send them messages. The tool would have to be able to create its own database of usernames using different methods like dictionary etc., check that these usernames actually are valid and store in database. Once I want to send a message, I can specify which im networks I want to send a message to and see how many valid contacts I would be able to send to. Database would be regularly updated. When bidding please specify which development platform you would be using. Ideally i would like the application that would work on most os. ## Deliverables please note that the project involves creating a desktop application that primarily works on the windows 2000, windows xp (home and prof), windows vista (all versions) OS Platforms. I will also require a license generator which can be installed online and automated. The application when started will authenticate itself online before being able to work.
