Realtime API data

I need a coder to build me a server/client trading program using a realtime api. The server will stream data to applet. The applet will monitor/analyse prices and send orders back to the server and then to the market. Coders please read the attached file for details on the program requirements. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 4)Detailed installation docs on platform. ## Platform Linux 9.0 or Windows 2000 Pro
