ActiveX Control for uploading images through Internet Explorer

We are in need of an ActiveX Control that will allow users of Internet Explorer to be able to navigate through their hard drive, much like File Explorer, and select images to be uploaded to a server. The GUI needs to show the user thumbnails of any image that appear in the folder that they are viewing and allow the user to check a box indicating that they want to upload that particular photo. A typical usage scenario is a user navigates through their hard drive, views the thumbnails of photos, checks the ones that they want to upload and then clicks an upload button that will upload the photos to the server. While the photos are being upload to the server, the user should see some sort of progress bar indicating the progress of the file upload. A good example would be the ActiveX control that [login to view URL] uses. The code would need to be developed in Visual Studio using Visual Basic 6.0 ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Internet Explorer 6.0+
