Business web template

I need a business template. I’m about to sell web services. My company name is John M Software. I want you to use the colors blue and white and maybe grey. I do not want any flash. The header should consist of an image/photo/picture that has something to do with business/web services/computers. It should not be a picture of a human. It is very important that the template is built in a way so that when I build the website I can expand the floating text almost as much as I want without the site to look bad. The menu should be built like the one on this site: [login to view URL] I want the template to have a news section, where I can present upcoming projects etc. I want a section where I can present exlusive offers for my customers. I want a section where I can present quotations from happy customers I also want a section that contains my phone, cellphone, email and address. This section should probably be at the bottom of the site.
