Closest Unique Number Style Game

Basically, I am looking for a coder to help me create a skill based online game website. The main game will be a "closest unique number wins" style game. This is a game whereby players are given a target number and use their skill to pick a unique number as close to that target number as possible. Here's a more detailed explanation of how the game works: - Each game has a target number that a set number of players are trying to get as close as possible to. They are told this number before they enter. - There is also a game range - the range of numbers that they may select. They are also told this range before entering. - The object is to pick the number that is the closest to the target number, but is also one that nobody else has picked. - The winner is the person who chose the number closest to the target, but was also the only person doing so. Here is an example... Imagine the target number is 5, and the range is 1 to 10. 10 players enter, choosing: 1, 2, 2, 3, 4, 4, 5, 5, 6, 6 The winner would be the person who chose number 3 because their entry was the closest UNIQUE number to the target (5). The site... The site will have 3 main areas that I need you to make: - Admin area - Member area - General area More info on what is going to be in each of the above in the deliverables section :) This will be done in PHP, and will run off a MySQL database. Members will need to create an account in order to play. They will need to be able to upload money to their account using e-gold. Members will be able to view the games they can play when they are not logged in, but will have to login to play. The winner will be determined by the script, based on the closest unique number to the target. In the event that there are two unique guesses of equal distance from the target number (ie. 49 and 51 when the target is 50) the guess entered first wins. In the event of there being NO unique guesses, the script will look at those closest with just 2 (or 3, 4 etc if this fails) guesses the same, and select the first entered from those. I will do the design of the site if you wish - just include room for a header / footer. I have allowed 3 weeks for the project, but if you don't feel this is enough, say so in your bid and I will increase it :) Any questions PLEASE ask!!! ## Deliverables In the admin area, I need to be able to: - Browse, search and modify accounts - Browse, add, remove and edit games - Email members (all or selected members) - Configure the site settings (including referral bonuses, fees for withdrawing or depositing money) - Views games in progress and the bids so far etc - View and pay pending withdrawl requests Members need to be able to: - Join / login / logout - Edit their profile - See a referral link / view their referrals + referral earnings - View a history of the games they entered (showing their guesses, and the winning guess) - Deposit / withdraw their money - Play the game :P And any other obvious functions of a member account that will make the running of the site easier. Each game has the following variables, set in the admin area: - Entry fee (deducted from the member's account) - Maximum number of entries per member - Target Number - Entry Range (ie. they can choose a number between 1 and 100) - Number of entries required - Prize for the winner (cash amount) 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
