Create Interactive Internet Website(repost)

This website will sell "Build Your Own" educational games and activities for any age student to create and print locally. These are not 'online games' but rather a place to build their own non-computer games by selecting the elements, determining the layout, and combining them for a finished product that can be printed on the visitor's local printer and used with students to "drill" them on concepts or theories. Initially, visitors to the website will be allowed to make entries to a common calendar of events or submit links for viewing on the website from the public, "non-member" side of the site. All of these values must grow as the site grows. Visitors to the website may become "members" through a registration process and log into a secure space where they will have three activity types: Card Games, Board Games, and Personal Activities. Each activity will have 3-8 templates; each of the templates will have directions and a list of parts necessary to complete the activity. All of these values must grow as the site grows. This game creation process is interactive and involves sequential steps, each one of which when selected will determine the choices presented at the next step. Clients will be able to use images and content from the site or import information/pictures from graphic web sites into their own personal tray. The personal tray will hold all the graphics and text individually so the client may click and grab one piece at a time while designing their card or game board. They will choose the font and adjust the size of the text/graphic, and then arrange the text/graphics onto the activity/game. See the attached PDF document The software "engine" running the website should be created such that the site owner can easily add, remove or modify content, game creation components and other visual elements using standard WYSIWYG software tools. Configuration files may be used for simple workflow step configuration based on a ASCII text or XML file. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The website will run on a hosting farm computer which is probably Linux and use Apache server. PHP is the preferred language. Visitors must be able to use almost any browser to visit and operate this site.
